Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. No refunds for completed shoots.
Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the shoot will incur a 50% rebooking fee. No-shows forfeit payment in full.
Client receives full usage rights to all delivered photos for marketing the property. Photos may be used in MLS listings, social media, websites, print materials, and other marketing channels. Client may not resell or license photos to third parties.
Timeless Estate Media retains copyright to all photos and may use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes. Photographer credit appreciated but not required on client usage.
Timeless Estate Media is not responsible for property damage, weather delays, or access issues. Client is responsible for ensuring property access and safety. Drone photography is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if unsafe conditions exist.
Standard delivery is 4-6 hours same-day. Rush delivery (2 hours) available for additional fee. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to technical issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle client to refunds.
Shoots may be rescheduled for free if weather conditions are unsafe for drone operation or compromise photo quality. Photographer has final say on weather-related rescheduling.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California. Client agrees to these terms by booking services.
